Legal vs Illegal Immigration?

Let's talk about Immigration today. As we all know that America is the land that most immigration want to move to. The main reason why everybody wants to go to US is because there is a much greater chance of getting jobs, opportunities and most importantly is better life. There are many more reasons why immigration wants to move to the America. Firstly, jobs are what most of them desired for. The U.S has so many jobs that open for all people that lived in the land included immigrants. They received the minimum wages that they could save up for many things and still be able to send it over to their home land. Secondly, education is what majority of young immigrants strive for. Many families try to send their kids over to the U.S to get a better education because of the environment and the freedom to explore their curiosity  and by having the America's degree; it would mean alot to them. Regardless of what America could do for them; when there's legal then of course there will be illegal.
The President Obama has failed to pass the Dream Act which allowed illegal immigration who came to U.S trying to work and stay. However, I somewhat bias between their requirement and qualification to be consider as legal immigration over illegal immigration. I mean no matter if they are legal or illegal, as long as their background is clear meaning they might be able to stay and live in the U.S? I myself as a legal immigrant had been working with illegal immigrant; they truly work as hard as they could with under-wage range in order to stay. But to some other illegal immgration, we don't know as if they try to harm the country or be a threat to us all. Much said, there are the good and bad point in the immigration issue that has no stopping point. http://topics.nytimes.com/top/reference/timestopics/subjects/i/immigration-and-emigration/index.html
